2. What data we collect

We collect only the following personal data:

• Email address — provided voluntarily when you sign up for our waitlist
• Date and time of sign-up — recorded automatically when you submit the form

We do not collect your name, phone number, IP address or any other identifying information.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We collect your email address for one purpose only: to notify you when CardVault Europe launches or when early access becomes available.

The legal basis for processing your data is your freely given consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by submitting the waitlist form.

4. How long we keep your data

We will keep your email address on our waitlist until one of the following occurs:

• You request deletion of your data
• The project is discontinued
• The platform launches and the waitlist is no longer needed

5. Where your data is stored

Your email address is stored in Google Sheets, a service provided by Google LLC. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data may be stored on servers within or outside the European Economic Area, subject to Google's standard contractual clauses and data protection commitments.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third parties, except Google (as described above in section 5). We will never use your email address for advertising or pass it to marketing partners.

7. Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data at any time ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO) at uodo.gov.pl

This website does not use cookies or any tracking technologies. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or session tracking of any kind.
